Our Systems
Our portfolio is designed for high-performance building envelopes. We have developed and proudly own three premium, fire-tested architectural brands—KØL, FORMA and Ironbound. We also offer custom-fabricated specialty metals, thermally-broken sub-framing, colour-matched fasteners and weather barriers.
The result is a complete, code-compliant wall assembly without the guesswork.

We provide engineered sub-framing and fastening systems required to meet strict North American structural and thermal codes. Our portfolio includes:
Systea Sub-Framing: Engineered, thermally-broken aluminum and stainless-steel rail and bracket systems.
KEIL Concealed Anchors: Specialized undercut anchors used in our KØL SYSTEM-C concealed fastening system.
Red Horse Fasteners: Colour-matched stainless steel rivets and facade screws for our exposed fastening systems.
-
KØL delivers excellent moisture and impact-resistance in a Class A non-combustible profile.
Premium Finishes: Available in 12 through-coloured finishes and a variety of textures.
Flexible Installation: Designed to be installed with colour-matched exposed fasteners or with our SYSTEM-C concealed-fastening sub-framing (Systea/KEIL) for a fully thermally-broken facade.
-
Engineered for longevity and structural performance, Ironbound weathering steel provides a high-tensile, zero-maintenance facade with a 100-year lifecycle. As it ages, the steel develops a self-protecting, organic patina that enhances the building's exterior without the need for applied finishes.
Premium Sourcing: Sourced from SSAB in Sweden, guaranteeing top metallurgical quality and consistency for the Canadian market.
Extensive Inventory: We stock material in 1mm to 3mm thicknesses in a variety of sheet sizes, ensuring availability and uninterrupted project timelines.
Architectural Flexibility: Manufactured to meet strict design specifications, our Ironbound product line is available in corrugated profiles, standing seam systems and custom fabricated forms.
Integrated Design: Ironbound is a striking, non-combustible aesthetic accent that pairs perfectly with our KØL™ and FORMA™ systems.

Our premium, modular clay brick cladding system, FORMA™ is crafted from natural clay in Germany’s Osnabrück region. FORMA™ combines the timeless character of authentic masonry with the efficiency of modern rainscreen construction.
Engineered Performance: Designed as a lightweight, thin-brick system for seamless installation on metal or wood sub-framing. Fully backed by direct CAN/ULC S114 non-combustibility testing for immediate code compliance on commercial and multi-residential projects.
Extreme Durability: Fired for resilience, FORMA™ panels are built for the harshest climates. They are freeze/thaw resistant with less than 3% water absorption, inherently graffiti-resistant and engineered for a zero-maintenance lifecycle.
Sustainable & Authentic: Made from 100% responsibly sourced natural clay. FORMA™ is fully recyclable, reusable and produced using renewable energy—delivering both design purity and strict environmental compliance.

When a project demands something beyond a standard catalog, our custom metal division steps in.
Partners: We work directly with top-tier European suppliers (Ruukki) along with our Canadian fabrication partners (CR Systems, Urban Handcraft) to develop, design and manufacture project-specific facades.
Specialty Capabilities: From complex perforated CORTEN panels to highly customized bonderized steel panels, we help architects engineer and execute their exact vision.

A high-performance envelope must be airtight, watertight and breathable. We stock and distribute SIGA membranes, tapes and accessories to create continuous, fail-proof envelope systems.
Complete Integration: Engineered system solutions that seamlessly seal critical transitions between walls, windows and structural connections.
Passive House & Interior Control: For ultra-high-performance and Passive House projects, we offer interior applications, including SIGA Majrex, an airtight vapour control layer on the warm side of thermal insulation. This prevents moisture accumulation in wall cavities, thereby reducing the risk of mold, rot, and structural damage.
On-Site Training: We offer on-site training to prevent mistakes and ensure structural integrity, making sure everything is sealed correctly according to code.
